These terms are between you and XCROSS PTY LTD, Melbourne, Australia, and they cover the iPhone app Certificate Exams — All In One. Using the app means accepting them.

What the app is

A study aid. It holds practice questions for professional certification exams, marks your answers, and explains them.

We are independent. This app is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Google, the Cloud Native Computing Foundation, NVIDIA, Databricks, or any other organisation whose exams it helps you prepare for. The questions here are ours; they are not the real exam, and no real exam question is reproduced. All trademarks belong to their owners, and are used only to say which exam a set prepares you for.

Your account

One account, one person. Keep your sign-in to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has got into it.

You may not share, resell or publish the questions and explanations, extract them in bulk, or use the app or its contents to build a competing product.

Subscriptions and payment

Two practice sets in every certification are free. The rest needs a subscription.
Subscriptions are sold and charged by Apple, not by us. The price you see in the app before you buy is the price you pay, in your own currency.
They renew automatically until you cancel. Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
Cancel any time from Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops the next charge; access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds are Apple's to give, under the App Store terms. We cannot issue them. Ask through reportaproblem.apple.com.

What we promise, and what we do not

We work to keep the questions correct and current, and we read every report of a question that looks wrong. If you find one, use the report button — it is the fastest way to get it fixed.

What we cannot promise is a result. Passing a certification depends on what you study, how much of it you do, and what the exam board asks on the day. Nothing here is a guarantee that you will pass, and the app is not a substitute for the vendor's own material or for experience.

The app is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it — including a failed exam or its cost.

Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. Where a guarantee under that law applies and cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to supplying the service again, or paying for it to be supplied again.

Ending it

You can stop using the app at any time, and ask us to delete your account — see the privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and where we do so for sharing or bulk-extracting content, no refund is due.

Changes

We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will say so in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.

Which law applies

The law of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria.
